Our traffic control flaggers are trained and certified under the American Traffic Safety Standards Association (ATSSA) and meet the statutory requirements of each state to engage in worksite flagging services.

Approved ATSSA Flagger Certification Programs
All State Flagging Academy (ASFA) utilizes American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) instructors. These instructors are committed to providing the best training to their students, and to ensure that every graduate makes safety their utmost priority.
ASFA is approved to perform Flagger Training to interested parties in order to certify them to perform flagging duties in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in accordance with 701 CMR 7.00.
