Pete Kennedy is the lead instructor for the New England Flagging Academy, a division of All State Flagging, LLC. He is a certified ATSSA instructor in both the National and Massachusetts courses. Pete started his law enforcement career with the South Hadley, MA Police Department and soon after joined the Connecticut State Police. Along with working construction projects himself as a Trooper and Sergeant, he conducted investigations of serious and fatal crashes as a certified accident reconstructionist.

In addition to effectively imparting his knowledge and training in the classroom through his years of teaching, Pete also brings his real-world experiences to the ATSSA classes. This unique combination of clear classroom instruction and real-life application elevates Pete’s ATSSA class to another level, making it invaluable in the training of a safe and effective flagger.

All State Flagging Academy (ASFA) utilizes American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) instructors. These instructors are committed to providing the best training to their students, and to ensure that every graduate makes safety their utmost priority.

ASFA is approved to perform Flagger Training to interested parties in order to certify them to perform flagging duties in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in accordance with 701 CMR 7.00.
