All State Flagging Academy will be hosting a MA ATSSA FLagger certification course on July 23rd from 6pm to 10 pm at the Boston Elks located at 1 Morrell St in W Roxbury. This certification course allows students to work as a certified Flagger in the State of MA. Participants must possess a valid First Aid or CPR certificate prior to taking the class. Students must bring a copy of the certification to class to be submitted to the instructor. The class is taught by Pete Kennedy of All State Flagging. Pete is an ATSSA Certified Instructor that teaches both the MA specific and National Flagging certification courses. Pete is a retired Connecticut State Police Sergeant and certified Accident Reconstructionist. Pete utilizes his years of experience and training to bring the training to the next level. This training is required training to become a certified flagger in MA. This training does not certify parties to become a Traffic Control Officer or Traffic Constables(POST Certification) . ASFA is approved to perform Flagger Training to interested parties in order to certify them to perform flagging duties in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in accordance with 701 CMR 7.00.
