August 20th MA ATSSA FLAGGER Course

This is the MA specific ATSSA Flagging course.  It is the 4 hour training course to be able to become a flagger in Massachusetts.  Upon passing the course in addition to wearing all the MA DOT required PPE including the stop/slow paddle will allow the party to work in Massachusetts as a Flagger.  The course will be held Tuesday August 20th at 12 Crescent St in Holyoke. YOU MUST BRING A COPY OF YOUR FIRST AID OR CPR CERTIFICATION FOR SUBMISSION TO TAKE THE CLASS.  Failure to bring a copy and the applicant will be turned away.  A digital copy does not suffice. This course does not allow you to direct traffic.  Pursuant to 700 C.M.R 6.00 and MUTCD 6#.07,  only Police Officers(POST certified and sworn) can direct traffic, Flaggers control it with a Stop/Slow Paddle.
